Service Description

When site conditions or county requirements do not allow a conventional leach field, a seepage pit system may be required. This service includes a full subsurface investigation and complete system design for county approval, including deep soil profile excavation and evaluation, soil classification and identification of limiting layers, groundwater and bedrock assessment when required, seepage pit sizing and design, and preparation of full OWTS design plans for submittal. Pricing: $2,000–$3,000 depending on site complexity and county requirements
