New Facility CERS Submittal — $750 Complete CERS setup and submission for new facilities, including preparation of the required facility information and site map. Existing Facility CERS Update — $500 Review, update, and submit existing CERS information to reflect changes to your facility, operations, or hazardous materials. CERS Submittal Follow-Up — Included Includes coordination with the applicable CUPA inspector and completion of requested revisions or corrections to the CERS submission for the applicable reporting year.
